02Shipping & Transport
What is the difference between FCL and LCL?
With Full Container Load (FCL), an entire container is dedicated to your goods, which usually suits larger volumes. With Less than Container Load (LCL), your goods share a container with other shipments and you pay only for the space you use, which suits smaller volumes. We help you choose the right option based on volume, destination and schedule.
When should I choose air freight over sea freight?
Air freight is usually preferred for time-sensitive cargo or high-value, low-volume goods, while sea freight is often better for larger volumes when cost matters more than speed. We are happy to compare both options for your shipment.
Do you transport goods within Oman and to regional destinations?
Yes. We coordinate road transport within Oman and to regional destinations, according to cargo type and collection and delivery requirements.
Can you move heavy equipment and oversized cargo?
Yes. We coordinate the transport of equipment and project cargo with special dimensions or handling requirements, assessing shipment needs and arranging suitable transport and handling.
03Customs & Documentation
Do you handle customs clearance?
We follow up on customs clearance procedures in coordination with licensed customs brokers and help clients prepare the documents required for imports and exports.
Which documents are usually needed to ship goods?
Common documents typically include a commercial invoice, a packing list and the transport document (bill of lading or air waybill). Additional documents such as a certificate of origin or special permits may be required depending on the goods and the country. We clarify exactly what your shipment needs from the start.
04Pricing, Timelines & Tracking
How do I get a quotation?
Fill in the quote request form on our contact page, call us, or email us. The clearer the shipment details (cargo type, volume or weight, origin and destination, required date), the more accurate the quotation.
How is shipping cost calculated?
Cost depends on several factors, including the shipping method, the weight and volume of the shipment, origin and destination, the nature of the goods, and any additional services required. We make sure the service scope and costs are clear from the outset.
How long will my shipment take?
Transit time varies with the shipping method, destination and required procedures. We share an estimated timeline with your quotation and keep you informed of any developments that may affect the shipment.
Can I follow the status of my shipment?
Yes. We monitor each stage of the shipment and keep you updated until the service is completed.
